Need some help writing a non disclosure agreement

Hi,

We'll be organizing a small movie festival next year.
We want to avoid some problems, such as jury members publicly arguing
or contesting who got the awards etc.
Therefore, we want to make them sign a non disclosure agreement,
forbidding them to talk about who they voted for, or what happened
during deliberation.

Any suggestion as to how to write such non disclosure agreement?

I found many templates online, but none really fits our fairly special
need.

Before going to all this trouble have you considered what you're going
to do should the NDA be breached? If the realistic answer is "nothing"
then just ask them not discuss it.
